Participants will decorate greenware tiles with custom stamps during workshops at 3-5 pm on June 28 at Petersen Art Center or July 5 at Iron Desert Arts. The artist will bisque and glaze fire the work. The finished tiles will be installed on the exterior of the Neighborhood Hive in early August and the completed mosaic unveiled with a celebratory party later that month.

This project is funded by a grant from the Salt Lake City Arts Council to local artist Sophie Nebeker. The $35 fee covers additional fundraising requirements, material costs, studio tech time, and fees for the artist and her two assistants.
